At Callie's Southern Charm, we take care in preparing and delivering your order. Whether you're purchasing a thoughtfully designed gift, a cozy home essential, or a special Southern-inspired piece, we want your shopping experience to be as enjoyable as possible.

Order Processing

Processing times vary depending on the product ordered.

Engraved and Made-to-Order Products

Products engraved, personalized, or prepared by Callie's Southern Charm require time for production, inspection, and packaging before shipment.

Estimated processing times, when available, are provided on individual product pages.

Print-on-Demand Products

Some products, including certain blankets, pillows, drinkware, and home accessories, are created after an order is placed.

These products require production time before shipment. Production estimates vary by product and fulfillment provider.

Boutique and Supplier-Fulfilled Products

Selected products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers. Processing times vary based on supplier availability and fulfillment schedules.

Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States.

Shipping availability is confirmed during checkout. Some products or suppliers may have additional geographic restrictions.

We do not currently offer international shipping through our standard checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered, package weight, shipping destination, and applicable fulfillment arrangements.

Some supplier-fulfilled products may qualify for different shipping rates or shipping offers.

The final shipping charge is displayed before payment is completed.

We do not currently advertise a storewide free-shipping minimum.

Estimated Delivery Times

Available shipping estimates are displayed during checkout or on applicable product pages.

For certain products shipped through our standard shipping profile, the estimated transit time is approximately 5–8 business days after shipment.

This estimate does not include production or order-processing time.

Delivery estimates for print-on-demand and supplier-fulfilled merchandise may differ.

Shipping times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Multiple Shipments

Because Callie's Southern Charm offers products from different fulfillment locations, an order containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

You may receive separate shipping confirmations and tracking numbers for individual shipments.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, you will receive shipping confirmation information after your order has been shipped.

Tracking updates may take time to appear after a shipping label is created or a package is accepted by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@calliessoutherncharm.com.

We will try to assist, but address changes may not be possible once an order enters production or shipment processing.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipments may be delayed because of weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, high order volumes, or supplier circumstances.

If a material delay affects your order, we will work with you to provide updated information and any options or remedies required by applicable law.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when available.

If tracking indicates delivery but your package cannot be located, please contact us so we can review the shipment information.

Refunds, replacements, and other resolutions are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
